A cozy game about building a town to a city. ⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡

S(ound) - 9/10

N(arrative) - 4/10

U(ser experience) - 8/10

Overall rating: 7.75/10

Sound:

The sounds in this game are SOOO satisfying to me which makes building very fun because you just hear plop click plop! The music is very calming, full of instruments but tends to get a bit loud when you upgrade your town.

Narrative:

There is a lack of a main storyline and you only get brief introductions to random unrecognisable NPCs once you get to the request system which is fine as this is more of a management-sim. The NPCs that got married are so cute though!

User experience:

The tutorial was well-crafted and the controls are not complicated. The UI is pretty organised and does not appear overwhelming. The game at first is very calm, relaxing and easy to enjoy, however, later especially once you have unlocked the 'artisans' does it become more complicated and stressful to manage all the shops and happiness.

Graphics:

Graphics are very beautiful as the game offers a wide array of colours and visual blends to please the eye. The transitions between day and night is gorgeous and you can liven it up a lot more with various decorations. The game features a 3D block style that is reminiscent of building blocks, creating a toy-like aesthetic that fits well with the building aspect of the game.
